How to request account deletion

  1. Submit the form on this page, or email us with the same details.
  2. Include the email address or phone number you used to register, and (if applicable) your user ID shown in the app.
  3. We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Data typically deleted with your account

  • Profile information and login credentials for your account.
  • Booking history and related app content tied to your user ID, where applicable.
  • Preferences, device tokens for push notifications, and similar optional data.

Data that may be retained (limited)

  • Anonymized or aggregated information where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Records that cannot reasonably identify you, where we keep operational statistics.

Processing time & retention

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period (often within 30 days). Some backups or legal holds may retain data for a longer period as required by law, after which it is removed or irreversibly anonymized.
