Refund and Cancellation Policy – nZon Space

At nZon, we are committed to delivering a reliable and seamless coworking experience. While we strive to ensure every reservation meets your expectations, we understand that changes or cancellations may occasionally be necessary. This policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel a booking or request a refund for services made through the nZon Space mobile app or website.


🗓 Cancellations

Before confirmation:
You may cancel any reservation free of charge as long as the booking has not yet been confirmed by our team. Simply go to your booking details in the app and tap "Cancel Booking". A full refund will be issued automatically if payment was made.

Provider unavailability:
In the rare case that a workspace becomes unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately. You may then choose to:

  • Reschedule your booking to a later time or different space, or

  • Cancel your booking and receive a full refund of any fees paid. No cancellation fee will apply.


💸 Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method or to your in-app wallet (if applicable). Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


🚫 Non-refundable situations

The following circumstances are not eligible for a full refund:

  • You cancel the booking after it has been confirmed and within a restricted cancellation period.

  • You are dissatisfied with the ambiance or setup, but the workspace was delivered as described.

  • Minor inconveniences or delays that do not prevent access to the booked space.

  • Changes to your booking needs after the reservation is active (e.g. requesting a larger room or different time slot last-minute).
